Hidden Pain Triggers that Flare Your Arthritis Knee Pain

One of your hidden knee pain triggers maybe one of the seven evil inflammatory foods. These are foods that trigger massive body inflammation which inflames your knee cartilage damage. Here is one of the most common evil inflammatory food groups to avoid for long lasting knee pain relief.

Evil Food Nightshades In a study published in the Journal of International Academy of PreventionMedicine, of the 5,000 arthritis sufferers who just eliminated nightshades from their diet, 70% reported significant relief from aches and pains.

Foods in the nightshade family include tomatoes, white potatoes (not sweet potatoes which are from a different family), eggplant, all peppers (red, yellow, orange, green, or hot) and paprika. Paprika is in almost everything because it’s a good coloring agent. You really need to be on the look-out for it.
The goods news is that even if your knee pain flares from one of the nightshades, it doesn’t mean that you’ll react to all of them. My suggestion is to stop all the nightshades for two weeks.

Then, gradually add them back in, one every 24 hours and monitor yourself for a reaction. If you don’t flare-up, then that nightshade is good for you. For example, I can’t eat tomatoes, potatoes and eggplant without flaring my knee arthritis but I have no problem with peppers.
